The hotel has a convenient location in Palm Springs, California, away from the monotony and close to the convention center. The rooms are in such a bad condition, with thin towels and without any scent, making them not ideal. The staff's service was available, but there were issues outside the room with management's aggressive behavior, affecting the service quality.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though a bit outdated, were adequate and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. However, the confusion with the room numbering was a bit bothersome. The service was pleasant overall with some room renovations underway, but the issue with the debit card charge was a bit frustrating. The location was convenient, close to Downtown Palm Springs, but the surrounding area left much to be desired. As for dining, there were tasty snacks available. Overall, the facilities met basic needs with some room for improvement.
